  • Bookings made for the ICC Cricket World Cup India 2023 are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person in accordance to the ICC Cricket World Cup India 2023 Ticket Terms and Conditions, if you have booked a Premier Match Experience inclusive of Domestic flight or Railway ticket, then a re-booking fee will apply as per airline or railway fees.
  • The allocation of match tickets is at the discretion of the ICC.

We will not be liable for claims or expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control such as accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, weather conditions, closure of hotels, overbooking of hotels, acts of forces or nature.
