1st- Century stand for KL Rahul and Rohit Sharma. Batting together for the first time, the duo put on 136 runs for the opening wicket. Incidentally, this was also India's first-ever century opening stand against Pakistan in World Cup cricket.

24th- Century for Rohit Sharma in ODI cricket. The 24th ton came in his 203rd innings, making the Indian opener the fourth fastest to the landmark. Sharma also became the first Indian batsman to score back-to-back hundreds against Pakistan, backing up his 111* in Dubai with another match-winning 140 at Manchester.
