A masterclass in fast bowling by Indian bowlers and abely led by Bumrah's 5-7, the visitors shot the Windies out for 100 to achieve their biggest win (in terms of runs) away from home.
Here's what happened on Day 04:-
Morning Session: Rahane and Vihari pile on the agony

The Windies needed early wickets to stay in the game and Roston Chase turned out to be their man. The off-spinner dismissed the Indian captain in his very first over of the day. Kohli, in an attempt to work it through the leg-side, closed the face of his bat early, getting a leading edge which was safely gobbled by Campbell on the second attempt at short extra-cover.
The Windies took the second new straightaway after the completion of 80 overs but any hopes that they would have had of running through the lower-middle order of India were quashed away by a combination of wayward bowling and positive intent from Rahane and Vihari. The duo added 47 runs in the first hour of play with Vihari stroking some lovely cover and on-drives off Gabriel as the lead ticked over the 300-mark. The second hour of the morning session belonged completely to the Indians with Vihari making the most of his opportunity to score a valiant half-century while vice-captain Rahane continued to inch towards his elusive 10th Test hundred and take the least to 362.
Afternoon Session: Rahane gets to his 10th ton; Vihari misses out before Bumrah, Ishant run through Windies top-order

With India so far ahead in the game, the only question going into the second session was how many overs they would play before putting the Windies in, and the approach they would adopt to achieve it. And, off-course, will Rahane finally gets his 10th Test ton?
Vihari's shimming down the track against Chase in the first over after the lunch break was a clear idea that India was on the ascendancy. And, the moment Rahane and all of us had been waiting for finally came in the 105th over when the Indian vice-captain clipped Kemar Roach on the leg-side and let out a guttural roar which was symbolic of the relief of ending a two-year drought.
Rahane and Pant (7) fell in quick succession thereafter with the intention to accelerate the scoring and ultimately the declaration came when Vihari, 93 off 128 balls, in an attempt to pull a short delivery from Holder ended up getting a faint edge, seven short from what would have been his maiden Test ton.

Jasprit Bumrah gave India a perfect start to their defense of 418 when he got Brathwaite outside the off-stump, offering a simple caught-behind to Pant before knocking off Campbell with a corner of an inswinger; one that rose from the back-of-a-length and went to shatter his off-pole. WI 2-10.
2-10 soon became 3-10 when Ishant Sharma trapped Brooks plump in front of the wicket with a fullish inswinger. The Indian bowlers were making the ball talk both in the air and off the surface and so when Virat Kohli dropped Hetmayer at third slip off Bumrah, it never looked like a missed opportunity.
And, it was proved to the hilt in the next over when Hetmayer, while going for an extravagant cover-drive offered Rahane another chance; this time to see him gobble it safely. Bumrah rounded off what was a crazy spell of seven overs before Tea when he did an encore of what he had done to Campbell: shatter his stumps with a corker of an in-swinger to send the Windies with their tail firmly between their legs at 5-15.
Tea Session: Bumrah takes five as India wrap up the match in style

Jasprit Bumrah continued from where he had left before Tea: sending another stump cartwheeling when Hope played down the wrong line against the in-angler. A series of in-swingers by Bumrah then gave way to a brute of an outswinger at 90 mph. The ball was full and swinging back, Holder couldn't counter the swing and got completely squared up to give Jassi his 5th wicket.
Mohammad Shami was wondering why should he be left behind. So, what does he do? He came steaming in from wide of the crease, got the ball to seam and straighten just enough to beat Chase defenses and send the stumps for another cartwheel. 8-50 soon turned into 9-50 courtsey a lazy waft outside the off-stump by Gabriel to give Shami his second wicket.
Kemar Roach and Miguel Cummins struck around to delay the inevitable, accumulating 50 runs between them before one shot proved too many as Roach top-edges Sharma to give India their biggest win (by 318 runs) in the Caribbean and off-course those crucial 60 Test Championship points.
Player of the Day: Jasprit Bumrah (5-7)
You would have to do some out of the extraordinary to pip someone on a day when he has scored a hundred. Jasprit Bumrah, in an inspired spell of fast bowling, did just that. Bumrah toyed with both the Windies batsman and the stumps, sending them for a cartwheel on as many as four occasions: the most by an Indian bowler in a Test inning. Bumrah also became the first Asian bowler to take a five-wicket haul in each of South Africa, Australia, England, and the West Indies.
Moment of the day

Its got to be the masterclass that the duo of Ishant and Bumrah put in their seven-over burst before the Tea break. For an Indian cricket fan of a certain vintage, it was like deja vu in a reverse order where their own bowlers were rattling the Windies batsman with pace, seam, swing, inswingers, outswingers and just sheer ruthlessness.

West Indies never recovered from that poetic onslaught by Bumrah and Ishant and gave India their biggest win overseas (in terms of runs).
Player of the Match: Ajinkya Rahane (81 & 102)

Player of the Match has to be Ajinkya Rahane. India wouldn't have been in such a situation to dictate terms had it not been for Ajinkya Rahane's 81 in the first innings after the tourists had been reduced to 3-25 in the first hour.
Brief Score-
India (297, Rahane 81, Roach 4-66 & d7-343, Rahane 102, Chase 4-129) beat West Indies (222, Chase 48, Ishant 5-43 & 100, Roach 38, Bumrah 5-7) by 318 runs
